Does AI CleanWeb work with my VPN?

Yes - keep your VPN on. The browser extensions clean pages (ads, trackers, AI crawlers) under any VPN.

One honest note about the Mac app: while a VPN is connected it takes over your Mac's DNS, so the system-wide DNS layer pauses on that machine until the VPN disconnects. Your browser extensions and your other protected devices are unaffected. A VPN-compatible engine that removes this limit is in development - it's on our roadmap.
