Ads are still showing - what should I check?

1. Is the extension enabled? In Safari especially: Safari → Settings → Extensions → toggle AI CleanWeb on.
2. Is this site on your allowlist? Click the toolbar icon and check; remove it from allowed sites if so.
3. Hard-refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R) - already-loaded pages keep their ads until reloaded.
4. First-party promotions (a site advertising its own products) are sometimes indistinguishable from content and may be left alone deliberately.
