Crypto plans: these are one-time yearly purchases - there's nothing to cancel and no auto-renewal.
Mac App Store subscriptions (Safari app): Apple manages these. Cancel in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the App Store app → your account → Subscriptions).
